This product may assist participants managing conditions such as haemorrhoids, post-surgical recovery, postpartum healing, or other medical concerns affecting the lower pelvic region. The included water bag and flow control tubing allow users to maintain a consistent, comfortable water temperature throughout treatment.

The Sitz Bath promotes independence in personal care routines while reducing strain and improving hygiene. It is easy to set up, simple to clean, and suitable for use in home or supported living environments.

Sitz Bath – Instructions for Effective Treatment

Basin Preparation

1. Lift the toilet seat and lid.

2. Place the Sitz Bath basin on the toilet bowl, ensuring the side marked “Front” is positioned toward the front of the toilet.

3. Fill the basin with warm water (100°–105°F / 38°–40°C) until it is about ½ to ⅔ full.

4. Insert the Sitz Bath tubing through the front or rear entry hole in the basin. Secure the tube into the channel at the bottom of the basin.

Bag Preparation

1. Position the flow control clamp toward the Sitz Bath bag.

2. Close the tubing by sliding the clamp from the wide end toward the narrow end.

3. Open the top of the bag and fill it with hot water (105°–110°F / 40°–43°C).

4. Hang or place the bag above the Sitz Bath.

Treatment Instructions

1. Sit in the Sitz Bath for 15–20 minutes.

2. Maintain the desired water temperature by opening the clamp and allowing warm water to flow in as needed.

   • (Excess water will drain through the opening at the back of the basin.)

3. Once the desired temperature is reached, close the clamp.

4. After treatment, empty and rinse the basin.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Empty any remaining water into the toilet.

2. Rinse the basin with hot water.

3. Wipe dry thoroughly.

4. Store in the plastic bag until next use.

• This product is designed for single patient use only.

⚠️ Caution

To avoid burns, the water temperature used for treatment must not exceed 43°C (110°F).
